New Amsterdam Aquatint Etchings

Suite of three hand painted aquatint etchings
printed with VanDeb Editions in Long Island City, NY.
(Edition of 20 ea., plate size 12 x 12, paper size 21 x 19.75)

Drawing inspiration from his own personal experiences living in the oldest neighborhood in New York City, Pasquarelli builds upon a visual history started by the precisionists of the early 20th century to create an edition of prints that not only play with the eye of the observer but inspire the viewer to create the definitions of form filling in the negative space from his or her own memories of urban environments.
